Objective: The following case study was conducted to get an insight on COVID-19 & Impact of other factors on Employee Behavior in Australia in Banking, Financial services and Information Technology sectors.
An Analysis of the Human Resource related issues were conducted and 3 major problems were identified: Diversity and work culture issues, Lack of Social interaction and Job Stress. Some inferences were made from some studies and listed as causes for the Problems. The report mentions solutions as steps taken by the HR and drives conducted by companies in order to create a more sustainable work environment and tackle these issues.
